What’s Pastor Campbell Reading?

I believe that reading is important. It would be my desire to encourage everyone to read more. First and foremost, you need to be reading your Bible on a daily basis so that you can meditate upon it. (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2)
To that end, I wanted to share a list (that will continue to grow) of those books that I have read/am reading. Some of the titles may "catch your eye." Where and when possible, I have linked the title of the book so that you can purchase the book for yourself if you so choose.
One word of caution, though, the only Book that I can 100% agree with and recommend is God's Word, the Bible! Any other book, because they are written by men, are prone to contain error. Therefore DO NOT assume that simply because I have read a particular book and included it on this list that I am wholeheartedly endorsing all of its contents nor endorsing the writer of the book. Now, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't read a particular book but you must be DISCERNING as you read and you MUST filter everything that you read through God's Word because It is the ONLY Truth; It is ULTIMATE Truth. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
With that being said...
The List
Most Christians do not fully understand how (and why) the United States of America came into being. We have been and are being sold a false narrative regarding the establishment of the USA. As we prepare to celebrate the 250th birthday of our country, it would be good for all to grasp a better understanding of the birth of our great country!

This is a book that was first published in 1927. It was digitized into PDF and can be read/downloaded at the link above. Calvinism (the mistaken belief that God has "chosen" certain individuals to eternal life and all others have been "chosen" to eternal death) has made inroads into independent Baptist churches. Salvation, through Jesus Christ, is offered to all - to any - who will believe. From the book:
Many teach that the word “DEAD” has but one invariable meaning. Using Ephesians 2:1-“And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins.” Some say that the word dead in this text has the same meaning as when used about a dead body, dead horse, cow, etc.
The meaning of the word DEAD in the first part of this text is to be separated from God; to be lost in sin; dead as the prodigal son (Luke 15:24), “For this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.” Although this boy was lost and was dead, he was still very active and could obey or disobey.
